General Rules:
1. Do Not Noclip/godmode Rp if caught doing at all = Ban 24 hours
2. Do not JOB ABUSE = Ban 24 hours
3. Do not RDM(Random Death Match): You are not allowed to kill anyone unless you have a reason to kill them.
4. Do not CDM(Car Death Match): Do not run over people at all, enable no-collision on your car to prevent CDM.
5. Do not break NLR(New Life Rule): When you die you forget everything do not go back to the place of death for 5 minutes, in a raid it turns into 3 minutes instead of 5.
6. Do not have offensive names :if you have an offensive name you will be asked to change it if not you will be banned
7. Do not RDA(RanDom Arrest): Do not arrest anyone without a RP reason. If you are arresting a guy who killed you previously, NLR applies.
8. Do not micspam: Do not play music, or generally spam through the microphone, disrupting communications of people around you.
9. Do not use Voice Changers: Do not use any programs that will modify how you sound, you will be gagged if you do.
10. Do not Propspam: Do not spam/spawn props for no reason. The props will be deleted and if it is severe, you will be kicked.
11. Do not Propkill: Props aren't weapons, guns are. If you propkilled someone, you will be kicked. If the propkill is severe, you will be banned.
12. Do not Propblock: Do not block areas with props to ensure that no one could get through.
13. Do not Propclimb: Do not use a prop just to get over a fenced in area, to get across the barrier or to reach otherwise unreachable places.
14. Do not Propsurf: Do not use a prop to make yourself fly.
15. Do not Proppush: Do not use a prop to push a player.
16. Do not build non-RP related things: Do not build things that are not related to RP-ing.
17. Respect all admins: Please respect all admins and do not talk trash to them. If they are abusing, hold your anger, take screenshots of their abusing, then post it into forums.
18. No offensive sprays allowed: Users who have sprays that are considered offensive(hentai/porn/homophobic/racism) will be banned for 2 weeks with no exception. Continued breaking of this rule will end with more then 1 month ban.
19. Do not Break a rule to enforce another one: When you see a player Mdonkey-RDM or Propkill, do not propkill or kill him back, Rule 1 and Rule 8 applies. Arresting the Propkilling/Propspamming players is allowed to ensure that no further damage will be caused for the next 100+ seconds. This is an exception to Rule 4.
20. Do not Meta-game: Metagaming means that you are using non-RP ways to get information during RP-ing. For example: Using OOC(Out of Character) chat to inform the cops that you are kidnapped and telling them where you are. Another example: Using no-collided cars to enter a base to find out how protected it is.
21. Do not FailRP: Do not do things that are impossible in real life. For example: Using physgun to get your car back from stealers, and a flying base with no support from the ground.
22. You must follow FearRP: When someone is mugging you or point a gun at you, do not pull out your own gun or a knife to kill the mugger or anyone that poses a threat to your life, you must act frightened as in real life.
23. Do not abuse Fading Doors: Do not open then close the fading door just to kill someone, and do NOT close the fading door after someone cracked it. Using buttons to avoid this rule is NOT allowed.
24. Advert Mug, Steal and Raid: So when you kill someone, admins know that it's not RDM. And do it to tell everyone you are mugging, stealing or stuff. Mugging can only go up to $1200.
25. Do not health boost: Using drugs or any other way to health boost is not allowed. Anyone with HP that stays at 130 or more will be kicked with NO warnings.
26. Do not Power-game: Do not drop the weapons/items you need from a cldonkey then switching to another cldonkey just to keep it.
27. Use English in OOC: This server contains many different people from many different countries, please use english as an international language, speaking in your own language in local chat is allowed.
28. No offensive language: Keep swearing to the minimal, but absolutely no racial or homophobic words/terms allowed.
29. Do not use glitches or abuse tools: One-way fences, etc. are not allowed.
30. Kidnapping cooldown: You are not allowed to kidnap a person that had been kidnapped for the past 30 minutes.
31. Do not war without admin permission: You are not allowed to have wars when you do not have an admin's permission. Wars cannot be auto-accepted and MUST be accepted by both the admins and the opponent. War can only last up to 30 minutes, and the duration of it is decided by the accepting admin. If the accepting admin leaves the game during the war, the war MUST be stopped.
32. Do not modify car without permission: Car modifications MUST be verified by an admin to be used. Unverified modded cars will be deleted.
33. Do not Printer Bomb: Printer Bombs are not allowed as it is a cheap way of killing and raiding people.
34. Do not make props invisible: Do not make props invisible as it is a cheap way of cheating/fooling people into thinking that there are no props in the area.
35. Do not impersonate staff members: You are not allowed to change your name as one of the staff members in Eugecus, you will be kicked/banned if you break this rule.
36. Do not use hacks or scripts: Do not use any kind of in-game modification that requires a lua bypdonkey, it is unfair and ruins the RP experience.

Default Laws:
1. These are the laws in place when there is no Mayor or Law Board so people can stop complaining about RDA.
2. Raiding is AOS/KOS.
3. Mugging is AOS.
4. Stealing is AOS.
5. Money Printers are AOS/KOS and will be destroyed.
6. Harming other people in the town is AOS/KOS.
7. Weapons are AOS unless gun holder has gun license.  

Basing Rules:
1. ading doors must last for 5 seconds or above: Fading doors that do not last for 5 seconds or above might be deleted by an admin.
2. Do not use double fading doors: Do not make double fading doors so raiders are trapped and waiting to be killed by the defenders.
3. Do not build in public areas: Do not block roads or anywhere that is available to public. If you want to build a base, build it inside a building. An exception to block public areas is that you own all buildings in that area, and that you have more than 5 members in your gang.
4. Do not build in other base's area: Do not build anything that touches the base/KOS line of bases that does not belong to you.
5. Do not spam Keypads/Buttons: Do not spam Keypads or Buttons to make raiders having to guess which keypad controls the fading door.
6. KOS line cannot exceed the sidewalk: KOS line cannot cover the road. If you want your KOS line to cover the road, ask for an admin's permission.
7. Do not make deathboxes: Do not make boxes that will give no chance to raiders to damage you.
8. Do not build on roofs: Do not attempt to gain access or build on rooftops that don't have original ways of gaining access. Using a ladder or elevator to gain access on those areas will be counted towards Rule 10 in General Rules.
9. Do not make doom fortresses: Do not make it so that people have to crawl through areas, figure out mazes or puzzles, or generally forcing them to have a difficult time entering your base.
10. Do not base in PD without correct job: Do not base in PD if you are not a president, a police, a police Chief, or a SWAT.
11. Do not use buttons to control entrances/shields: Do not use a button to close an entrance or activate/deactivate shields quickly. Basically, do not use buttons as an alternative to prop flash and/or fading door abuse.

Raiding Rules:
1. Do not return to raiding area after death: Attackers are not allowed to return to raiding area after death, only defenders are allowed to do so after their 3 minutes of NLR pdonkeyed.
2. Do not kill people who are not involved in the raid: I have been receiving reports of RDM where innocent people are getting killed when they are NEAR the raiding spot, is not in the crossfire, and is not involved in the raid at all. Attackers/defenders are NOT allowed to kill people who are not involved in the raid.
3. Do not capture bases: Capturing bases are not allowed, you are only allowed to capture or take over the PD. PD takeovers can only last up to 30 minutes.
4. Do not build to raid: You are not allowed to build another base near the base you want to raid.
5. Do not use props: You are not allowed to use props at all during a raid. This rule is applied to PD takeovers.
6. Raid Cooldown: You are not allowed to raid the same base for 30 minutes.
7. Do not heal at all during raids: Attackers and Defenders are not allowed to heal at all during a raid, all healing must be done before or after the raid. During takeovers, you may NOT /buyhealth at all. You are only allowed to use the medpack to heal yourself when there are ABSOLUTELY NO enemies around. [/font][/b][/b]

Chess Rules:
1. If someone does not want to draw, you MUST continue the game.
2. No killing people playing chess(no matter what).
3. If the game is obviously a draw, you MUST draw.
4. You have 5 minutes to make a move.

Customizable Sign Rules:
1. gruesome or nude pictures/gifs are never allowed.
2.No insulting people using the sign.
3.Do not place your sign on others property without permission.

Staffs' Guidelines:
1. Staff May Not Pick Up Anyone Of higher Importance Or they Will be Dealt with.
2. Staff members might be kicked with no warning if they break the guidelines to enforce them reading the guidelines.
3. ALL General Rules, Basing Rules, Raiding Rules and Jobs' Rules apply.
4. Do not use ANY sort of admin powers at all while you are roleplaying.
5. Only 15 prop dupes WHILE YOU ARE NOT RPING more than 15 is BANNABLE
6. Do not set anyone's team unless they are unfairly demoted.
7. Do not set your own team(unless it is Thief in Law) for any reason at all.
8. Do not self supply using the spawn menu for RP purposes.
9. Do not set ANYONE'S health. You are only allowed to set your own health if an admin situations comes up.
10. Do not ban someone with no reason or with inappropriate reasons reasons like "faggot, noob", etc.
11. Do not kick anyone without appropriate reason.
12. If you plan to no-clip around the map and check for rule breakers, use the Admin+ job.
13. You can only no-clip or teleport to people if a problem rises.
14. Do not give players back their money if their money got reset.
15. Do not give ANYONE any free money!
16. Do not unban without Black Tie's permissions. Only moderators in the forums have the right to do so IF the appeal is accepted.
17. Do not ask another admin to unban you, both of you will be permanently banned for Rule 14. If you want to get unbanned for whatever reasons, write an appeal in the forums.
18. Reset anyone's money to 50 thousand if their money reached 2 million dollars if they are not a donator.
19. Do not create random votes, you could be kicked for it.
20. Do not make false rules, if a member asks you whether or not they can do this or that, refer to !motd. If caught making fake rules, you can be banned for it. You can suggest a rule in the forums.
21. Do not give, add, remove, or edit any ranks AT ALL. Giving or making a rank to players will result in a permanent ban for you and the promoted user(if he didn't report about the free rank). You must have permission from an owner to be able to give rank to a single user.
22. Do not start any sort of war with the exception of Gang vs Gang or Gang vs PD. Purges are NOT allowed.
23. Abusive owners will be instantly banned permanently with no return. Make sure you do your job right.
